I've changed my mind about the design or size, can I exchange?
Yes, of course. T.CROWE offers an exchange policy, please notify this as quickly as possible before we dispatch your order. As we are unable to cover the cost of returning your original order to us, one it has been received. Furthermore, please note, the exchange is only available within 28 working days.
I would like to cancel my order, how do I do this?
We're sorry to hear that you no longer with to order with T.CROWE. Please contact as soon as possible so we can issue this. The best way to reach us, is firstname.lastname@example.org
My order has arrived damaged, what do I do?
Here at T.CROWE we send each order out with love and care for our product and for your satisfaction. If, however your order has arrived damaged in some form, we can resolve this. Please send in clear photos of the damaged product and it's packaging to email@example.com
My print has arrived, but I don't want it anymore, can I send it back for a refund?
Unfortunately T.CROWE does not offer refunds on non damaged goods. If you would like to exchange it we would be more than happy to discuss this with you. Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org
