I've changed my mind about the design or size, can I exchange?
Yes, of course. T.CROWE offers an exchange policy, please notify this as quickly as possible before we dispatch your order. As we are unable to cover the cost of returning your original order to us, one it has been received. Furthermore, please note, the exchange is only available within 28 working days.
I would like to cancel my order, how do I do this?
We're sorry to hear that you no longer with to order with T.CROWE. Please contact as soon as possible so we can issue this. The best way to reach us, is email@example.com
Where is my order, I want a refund?
We offer two types of shipping. Free Delivery which is sent second class with Royal Mail and tracked 48 which is sent with Royal Mail. We would always advice upgrading to tracked 48. However if you have selected Free Delivery and given us the correct address, then we are 99% sure Royal Mail will deliver this. If your parcel has been signed for, then this is confirmation that the parcel has been delivered, we cannot control the signature on the tracking link, therefore cannot process refunds for any claims of a signature not matching the home owner. Given your parcel has not reached your address (which is very unlikely). We would recommend getting in touch with Royal Mail, as we cannot be liable if you have given us the correct address and have selected free shipping.
My order has arrived damaged, what do I do?
Here at T.CROWE we send each order out with love and care for our product and for your satisfaction. If, however your order has arrived damaged in some form, we can resolve this. Please send in clear photos of the damaged product and it's packaging to firstname.lastname@example.org
My print has arrived, but I don't want it anymore, can I send it back for a refund?
Unfortunately T.CROWE does not offer refunds on non damaged goods. If you would like to exchange it we would be more than happy to discuss this with you. Please send an email to email@example.com
